Deceitful Prayers - The Faith
''Lord, I need your help...
I'm scared... I'm obsessed...
a nightmare... this real nightmare infests me....
an eternal struggle with my mind
a rigged battle between
David and Goliath,
I implore you, give me strength and reason to have faith,
once and forever....AMEN''
Beneath the world of extravagance
of betrayal and revenge,
greed after greed
lust after lust
wrath after wrath
your pride is strangled,
strangled by vanity.
The well of love and confidence
is overflowed by envy and despair,
poems are buried in the desert,
crimes exculpated by mercenary witnesses
But...
in sorrow you could discern only light
a white veil covering the sadness with serenity.
the ink of the creator's pen ends,
the poet's hand is trembling
fails to write an ending to his poem,
leaving suspicions to his followers
and curiosity to his readers.
This never - writen ending is our lives
from the cradle, to the grave
an improvised play with fallen curtains.
Having faith is a gift,
using faith is a curse.
You're the receiver of your actions
therefore, remember...
late prayers always deveive...
